There is no translation for the Cossack clan

On the occasion of Cossack Day, the Kyiv Opera invites you to a concert program where Ukrainian traditions come to life in songs, dances, and live communication with the audience. The concert program was created jointly with the Ukrainian Academic Folklore and Ethnographic Ensemble "Kalyna" as part of the art project "Kalyna for Children". It combines music, dance, and an introduction to Ukrainian symbols, amulets, and Cossack traditions.

Together with the ballet dancers, choir, and orchestra, the audience will embark on a journey through the world of Ukrainian heritage. An embroidered cloth, a towel, a wreath, a necklace — here they are not just familiar things, but a part of history that has been passed down from generation to generation.
