In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, refunds for tickets to entertainment events are made by the organizer and only in the event of cancellation of the event.Concert.ua makes a refund if the organizer has provided the appropriate authorization, as well as the required amount of funds.
RETURNS FOR EVENTS THAT DID NOT OCCUR DURING MARTIAL ARTS:
For most events that did not take place during martial law, the organizers provided us with funds and permission to refund funds. The refund option is now available in your personal account. You can check the availability of a refund in your personal account. If the tickets are not displayed in your personal account, write to our care service.Our team continues to resolve conflicts between organizers and spectators regarding refunds every day. Currently, not all organizers have the opportunity to refund the funds in full. If the organizer has not provided funds and permission for a refund, you will not be able to submit an application in your personal account. If the organizer has provided permission and funds for a refund for the event, you will be able to submit an application. For some events, organizers are currently providing a refund of 70% of the ticket price or a refund with a Numotamo.com certificate.
We also have the option to transfer funds to support the Backstage Fund. As soon as we agree and resolve the issue of refunding the event, we will inform you of the available option.
If the available event option does not suit you, you can wait until martial law ends and receive a full refund of the ticket price. Unfortunately, force majeure circumstances allow the organizer to refund funds after the end of martial law and we do not have the right to make decisions on financial issues in audience applications.
You can always write to our support team and we will provide up-to-date information upon your return. If you would like to send a personal request to the organizer, you can find their contact details on the event page or contact us with a request to provide them.
RETURN PROCEDURE
If the organizer has provided permission and the appropriate amount of funds, the client contacts Numotamo.com with a request through their personal account at the link .In your personal account you need:
- In the "My Tickets" section, select the order you want to cancel;
- In the upper right corner, click on the three dots and select "Return tickets."
Your personal account is created automatically, authorization is via the email address that was provided when placing the order. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot your password?" form.
If the order was paid for by card on the site, the funds will be returned to it automatically. The system may also request card verification - we will notify you of this by sending an additional email after confirmation.
Money for orders paid in cash at the ticket office or by courier is also returned to the client's card account - follow the instructions in your personal account.
RULES FOR ACCOUNTING FUNDS
- The Numotamo.com service fee and the cost of additional services are not refundable.
- Refunds are made exclusively in non-cash form to the card account within 10 days from the moment the order is canceled by us (if the organizer has provided the appropriate order, as well as the required amount of funds).
- Partial refunds of tickets from the order are not possible.
- Only the buyer whose details are specified in the order can request a refund.
- Refunds are made only to a Ukrainian bank card.
