This evening, over 100 orchestra and choir musicians will gather on one stage to shower the audience with all the power and beauty of soundtracks that have already become part of world pop culture.

About the Cinema Symphony program

Maestro Andriy Chorny personally created unique, powerful arrangements for 25 iconic cinematic masterpieces. Viewers are in for a real emotional treat: from gloomy Gothic and harsh historical dramas to cosmic scales and fantasy worlds.

The extensive track list includes the brightest musical moments of world cinema:

• Epic of war battles: harsh motifs of "Vikings", "Troy", "Braveheart" and "The Last Samurai".
• The dark side of cinema: the ominous and powerful themes of The Mummy, Van Helsing, The Witches of Eastwick, as well as the gloomy aesthetics of Gotham from The Dark Knight.
• Space and superhero sagas: the iconic "Imperial March" and the legendary chorus of "Duel of the Fates" from "Star Wars", as well as explosive themes from "The Avengers" and "X-Men".
• Fantasy and adventure: the worlds of Avatar, Alice in Wonderland, the incendiary Night at the Museum, and, of course, the orchestra's calling card - the universe of Game of Thrones with the compositions The Night King and The Rhaenys of Castamere, which reach the ants.
• Legendary classics and musicals: the touching "The Lion King", the majestic "Phantom of the Opera", the insightful "Never Enough" ("The Greatest Showman") and the monumental "Carmina Burana", which became the prototype of the best movie soundtracks of the century.
• And, of course, viewers will hear their favorite "Pirates of the Caribbean" in all their diversity - from lyrical depth to crazy pirate drive.

Andriy Chorny has long proven that symphonic music is not boring at all. His conducting style is pure expression, rock-n-roll drive, and one hundred percent contact with the audience. He creates each score by ear, and each concert turns into a large-scale visual and audio show, where the orchestra works as a single organism, full of passion.
