The play A Streetcar Named Desire by the Franko Theater, interpreted by Ivan Uryvsky, is a plunge into the abyss of passion, a labyrinth of losses, and a clash of ideals with the cruel truth of life.
A Streetcar Named Desire (1947) is one of the most famous works of world drama, which brought Tennessee Williams the Pulitzer Prize (1948). The brutal collision, deep dialogues, and extreme frankness of emotions made this play a classic of modern drama.
Two sisters - two realities. Blanche and Stella grew up in the cozy estate "Beautiful Dream", believing that happiness would always accompany them. But life reminded them: happiness is only a moment.
