Notice on the processing of personal data

Limited Liability Company "Afisio" (identification code: 46112286) informs users of the web portal - https://numotamo.com about the procedure for collecting, processing and storing personal data, as well as about the rights of persons whose data is processed.

1. The owner and controller of personal data is the Limited Liability Company "Afisio" (identification code: 46112286).

2. The subject of personal data/User is an individual whose personal data is processed.

3. According to Part Two of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the subject of personal data has the right:

3.1 to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or to give the appropriate instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except in cases established by law;

3.2 receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;

3.3 to access your personal data;

3.4 receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether his personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;

3.5 submit a reasoned request to the personal data controller objecting to the processing of their personal data;

3.6 to submit a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data to any controller or processor of personal data if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;

3.7 to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is unreliable or defames the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;

3.8 to file complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;

3.9 apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;

3.10 know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

3.11 to protect against automated decision-making that has legal consequences for him/her.

3.12 Place of storage of personal data: MySQL database in the software “Automated electronic ticket sales system for concerts and other cultural and entertainment events “Numotamo”.

4. Personal data includes:

• surname, first name and patronymic of the person;
• e-mail address;
• phone numbers.

Other data may be collected only with the user's consent or if provided upon special requests. Processing includes: collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use and dissemination (dissemination, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data carried out using software.

5. Users' personal data are processed for the purpose of:

• provision of services through the purchase of a ticket by the User via the links: https://numotamo.com/en/page/offer ;
• financial and economic interaction between Users;
• ensuring the quality and safety of the provision of Services;
• analyzing User behavior and developing proposals for products and services;
• accounting and tax accounting;
• compliance with legal requirements and other actions related to the activities of Aficio Limited Liability Company.

6. Processing is carried out on the basis of the user's consent provided when accepting the terms of the public offer posted via the link, or on the basis of providing separate written consent to the processing of personal data.

7. Personal data is not transferred to a third party if the specified person refuses to assume obligations to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" or is unable to provide them. Personal data is not transferred to foreign entities. Access to personal data is only available to the User himself, who is authorized on the web portal https://numotamo.com .

8. Data is stored for 3 years from the date of acceptance of the terms of the public offer. LLC "Afisio" may automatically extend the storage period for another 3 years if the user does not request their deletion.
