Skate and take futuristic photos: "Space Rink" opens in Kyiv
On November 30, the space winter season will start near the Respublika Park shopping mall - a unique "Space Skating Rink" will open here. The futuristic ice rink with an area of 1,800 m² promises guests vivid emotions, atmospheric photo zones, and immersion in the atmosphere of boundless space in good company.
The main decoration of the rink will be a mirror Christmas tree, made of gift boxes in a way that resembles the shape of a spaceship. It will reflect the light of tens of thousands of garland lights, and they, like outer space with constellations, will create magical light effects above the rink and give a feeling of fantastic reality. The Christmas tree will have an interactive arch through which you can skate. In addition, photo zones will be placed on the territory for creating memorable winter photos - near the tunnel at the entrance, as well as on the ice rink itself.
The "Space Rink" is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests can rent skates or use their own. There will be food courts and a mulled wine bar on the territory for those who want to warm up.
The ticket price for adults and unaccompanied children (from 7 years old) will be 450 UAH; for children under 4 years old, admission is free when accompanied by parents. For people with disabilities (groups 1 and 2), military personnel, combatants and orphans, a preferential price of 300 UAH applies. Additional services will also be available: a training instructor - 400 UAH/hour and a penguin assistant for beginners - 300 UAH/hour. On certain days, 50% of the profit from ticket sales will be transferred to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The opening of the "Space Rink" will take place on November 30 at 7:00 PM. Guests will be treated to a festive show with fireworks, dance performances by skaters, and a DJ set. The location will be open from November 30 to February 2.
