About the play "Imperfect Lovers"

On the stage of the Les Kurbas National Center for Theater Arts is a romantic comedy about a married couple who seem to have everything: a comfortable life, stability, a familiar rhythm. But feelings have long become a part of everyday life, and everyday life is very predictable.

So the characters decide to add “a little something new” to their lives. The plan is simple: find things to do for the weekend, go away, and spend time with new lovers. The idea, of course, seemed brilliant until the moment when both decided to bring their new hobbies into their shared home.

What follows is a classic comedy disaster: unexpected encounters, lies on the fly, nervous improvisations, and a maid who suddenly becomes the central figure in all this confusion.

The performance lasts 1 hour and 20 minutes — a good format for an evening when you want to switch from routine and just allow yourself to laugh at other people's "brilliant" solutions.
