Becoming an artist
Anastasia Pustovit is a Ukrainian theater and film actress. The star of the national stage comes from the city of Skadovsk, which is in the Kherson region. Her father worked in the police, and her mother was engaged in cosmetology. In 1996, the family moved to the village of Nemishayevo in the Kyiv region.
From an early age, Anastasia felt a desire for creativity. In particular, music and theater. From the third grade she sang in the folk choir "Kalynonka". Later, she participated in recitative competitions. A neighbor, who had once graduated from a theater institute, played a big role in the future actress's professional choice. The woman, noticing the girl's talent and bright charisma, began to study with Anastasia personally. Under her influence, Nastya finally decided: she wants to become an actress.
After graduating from the ninth grade, Pustovit began studying at a theater college. And later, on the third attempt, she entered the Ivan Karpenko-Kary Kyiv University of Theater, Cinema and Television (Dmytro Bogomazov's course). This happened in 2014. The girl entered a contract for a women's Ukrainian course specializing in "Acting Art of Drama Theater and Cinema". Pustovit paid for the third year of study from the fee for her role in the film "When Trees Fall". Later, the promising student was transferred to the budget.
Creative Path
The entrance to the theater stage was preceded by a debut in the cinema. Anastasia Pustovit began working with directors and producers in the television industry in 2017. The first steps in the cinema for the novice were modest, but important. The actress appeared in episodic roles in the films “The Singing Bird”, where she played Arina. She also starred in the second part of the series “Foundlings”. She embodied the image of Svetlana Pisaryuk.
A real breakthrough occurred in 2018. The actress received the main role in Marysa Nikityuk’s film “When Trees Fall”, where she revealed the image of Larisa. The social drama became an important stage in Pustovit’s career. The talented actress attracted the attention of fans of the genre and critics. Popularity and recognition reached a new level.
Within a year, Anastasia appeared in a new role – in the image of Katya in the series “Secrets”. 95 episodes were filmed, which were released on the Ukraina TV channel in January 2019. The next significant work was the role of Kateryna Voznyuk in the second season of the youth series “First Swallows. Dependents”, which gained wide popularity among young people. The tape did not become a continuation of the previous year's series. Instead, fans saw new storylines and new characters.
Career in the Left Bank Theater
In 2018, Anastasia Pustovit joined the team of the Kyiv Academic Left Bank Drama and Comedy Theater. In 2021, the actress went to Germany as part of the creative group. A joint Ukrainian-German production of the play “Ophelia. Coming Out of the Water” took place on the stage of the Munich Kamershpiele Theater.

- Grand Prix of the All-Ukrainian Competition of Professional Readers named after Ivan Franko (recitation of an excerpt from Ivan Franko's poem "Great Anniversaries");
- "Golden Duke" of the Odessa Film Festival (for the main role in the drama "When Trees Fall" by Marysa Nikityuk);
- Award of the Indian International Film Festival ("Silver Peacock" for the best female role);
- Theatrical Award "Mirror of the Stage". Category – “The best works of young actors in Kyiv performances of 2017 (age of actors – up to 30 years)”, performance “12th Night, or What You Want”.
In addition, Anastasia Pustovit’s acting work in the film “When Trees Fall” was nominated for the National Film Award “Golden Spinning Top” and the National Film Critics Award “Kinokolo”.
