Concentrated emotions and fiery vocals
Nahaba is a Ukrainian neo-folk band whose songs combine the magic of a gentle female tone with a driving male extreme vocal. The duo's music includes such experimental genres as breakcore and gabber. The general public learned about Nahaba during the duet's participation in the Natsvibor before Eurovision 2024. The artists performed the song Glasss, which conquered many with the emotional tension created by the disturbing sound and piercing vocals. The bright images of the artists and the extraordinary composition caused quite polar assessments of the listeners, which in general benefited the project.
The team consists of Olga Kakasyan and Andriy Naumenko. Olga has a musical education, while Andriy came to music at a more mature age, becoming a quarter-finalist of the 11th season of the Voice of the Country show. Before the creation of the Nahaba project, the musicians already had the experience of working together in a duet project called Gabija. It was he who later transformed into Nahaba. Today, the band continues to record songs and plans new concerts. Among the most famous works of Nahaba are the tracks:
