- Name: Slavik Martyniuk
- City: Kolomyia (Ukraine)
- Language: Ukrainian

Slavik Martyniuk is a stand-up comedian from Kolomyia who came to humor from a completely different field. If you want to take a breather and switch to live stand-up, you should check out his performances in the Numotamo poster or at Numotamo.com. This is the format when it is funny, a little uncomfortable and very recognizable.
Becoming an artist
Slavik had a clear and long route in medicine before the stage. By education - a psychiatrist: 4 years of study in college, 6 years at the university and another year and a half of internship in a psychiatric hospital. After that, he decided to change direction and leave medicine.
It was this experience that later became part of his humor. Life stories, observations of people and situations took on a new life already on stage.
Creative path
Slavik Martyniuk has been in stand-up for about six years. Before that, he had experience in KVC. He twice became the winner of the show "Make the Comedian Laugh", which gave a noticeable start in the humorous field.
Before the pandemic, he actively worked as a host at events. Later, he focused entirely on stand-up and developing his own style. After the start of the full-scale invasion, returning to the stage was a conscious decision - with a desire to be useful. Part of the proceeds from the performances go to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Among the projects and formats where you can see Slavik:
- “And what will people say?”;
- “Medical stories”;
- “Free stand-up” and others.
Slavik's humor is a mix of self-irony, professional background and observations of everyday situations. Some of the jokes are born from his experience working in psychiatry, some from personal stories and relationship topics. Sometimes it's a light laugh, sometimes it's a "this is right" moment.
The development of an artist in the comedy industry
Today, Slavik Martyniuk is a resident of the "Free Stand-Up" club. In parallel, he runs the YouTube channel "Slavik's Stand-Up" and regularly works on new material.
At various times, he presented solo programs:
- "How not to go crazy?";
- "Let's be together";
- "Everything in a new way."
In his performances, he uses not only text. He works with intonation, pauses, movements, sometimes adds sounds or songs. He improvises a lot - and this is what makes each performance a little different. It can be warm, it can be spicy - depending on the theme and mood of the hall.
If you are looking for an anti-workday or a plan for an evening "among your friends", it is worth checking the schedule of performances on Numotamo.com: it is convenient to find events there, take care of tickets and choose seats.
Social activity
After the start of the full-scale war, Slavik actively participates in charity concerts in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is a regular part of his activities.
In addition to the stage, he is involved in social projects. He is the director of the West Camp camp in the Carpathians - a space for children and adolescents who have suffered from the war. The program combines rest, study and creativity.
The camp hosts master classes, lectures, classes in various areas. This format helps children discover new interests, try their hand at creativity or just relax a bit. For some, this is the first step to new hobbies, for others - the opportunity to be in a safe environment.
