Valentina Donchenko-Butkovska
Graduated from the Studio of Actors Training at the Kyiv State Operetta Theater and the Kharkiv State Institute of Arts named after I.P. Kotlyarevsky.
She worked at the Lviv Philharmonic and the Kharkiv Musical Comedy Theater.
Since 1995, she has been the leading vocalist of the National Operetta of Ukraine.
Valentina Donchenko-Butkovska is a highly professional and gifted actress with a bright, inspired style of performance. Her repertoire includes over 50 roles: Marietta (La Bayadere by I. Kalman), Stasi (Silva by I. Kalman), Ellie (The Dutch Girl by I. Kalman), Zari Rach (The Gypsy Premier by I. Kalman), Mirabella (The Gypsy Baron by J. Strauss), Chiboletta (A Night in Venice by J. Strauss), Clementine (The Count of Luxembourg by F. Lehar), Portia (The Beautiful Helen by J. Offenbach), Flamma (A Trip to the Moon by J. Offenbach), Sofiyka (The Second Wedding in Malinovka by I. Poklad).
