Ramina Eshakzai
Ramina Eshakzai
After graduating from school, she decided not to limit herself to one specialty and received higher education at two universities at once. At the Institute of Journalism of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, she chose the specialty "Advertising and Public Relations", and also studied at the University of Culture, where she received the specialty of announcer and host of TV and radio programs. The knowledge gained became a solid foundation for future successful implementation. Ramina did her internship on the radio, which gave her first invaluable experience working with the audience.
A landmark episode was Eshakzai's participation in the fifth season of the romantic reality show "The Bachelor" on the STB channel in 2015. Ramina reached the finals of the project, competing for the heart of Sergey Melnyk, and gained immense popularity. The project participant admitted that she went to "The Bachelor" not only to find love. She also considered the show as an opportunity to increase her popularity. In parallel, she continued to actively work as a model, participating in photo shoots for glossy magazines and commercial campaigns.
However, over time, the greatest recognition of the model and presenter was brought by her own business - the creation of a YouTube channel, where Ramina acts as the author and host of candid interviews. Straightforwardness and courage became the interviewer’s signature style. This led to an increase in the audience. Among the guests of Ramina's channel are opinion leaders, artists, public figures: Minister Dmytro Kuleba, fighters of the Azov regiment, TV presenter Olga Freimut, journalist Oleksiy Sukhanov and other famous figures.
Ramina began to travel to frontline areas and de-occupied territories, combining journalistic work with volunteer activities. She not only collects and tells true stories, but also helps out herself – she organizes fundraising for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and publicly reports on each contribution.
