Becoming an artist
Vlad Dankevych is a Ukrainian stand-up artist. The guy grew up in the city of Skole in the Lviv region. In his youth, he started boxing. But, as Vlad himself jokes, he quickly realized that in the life of a teenager, running is a higher priority (especially during fights at a disco).
Even in his youth, Vlad's wit and charisma helped the guy resolve various life situations. And now stories from the past are themes for the young comedian's work.
Creative path
Today, Vlad Dankevych actively performs on the stages of clubs in Lviv and other cities of Ukraine. The artist began his journey to popularity and recognition by a wide audience quite recently, during his student years. However, the comedian's light style of narration and observational humor quickly won the attention of fans of modern comedy. The trend of the stand-up industry development in Ukraine also played a positive role in Dankevych's career. Social activity
Vlad Dankevych is one of those who today converts laughter and jokes into help for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The comedian regularly performs at stand-up concerts, where part of the proceeds go to charity. As part of the events, auctions are also held, in which everyone who wants to join in supporting Ukrainian defenders participates.
In addition, Vlad Dankevych is open to communicating with fans of the humorous genre. So in November 2024, as part of the events for the International Student's Day, Vlad met with students of one of the colleges of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic". The performer of his own jokes shared with the youth his experience in preparing and conducting stand-up concerts. And also advised where to get topics for performances.
